Natasha's Immortal Dynasty Challenge

Update 1: September 2nd, 2013

So, although I officially started the game on August 31st by fixing up Marina, and setting up the game settings, I never actually started playing until this morning. This challenge is fun, and I will just be doing it fun versus doing a story. I'd rather just talk about what's going on.

So, here are a couple of things to know about Marina:

Her traits are Natural Cook, Vegetarian, Family Oriented, Nurturing, and Ambitious. Marina's lifetime wish is to be a Celebrated 5 Star Chef. So, Day 1 I bought the multitab! (Because that thing is amazing. If you are going to buy ANYTHING from the sims 3 store, the multitab is it!)

On her way to find a job at the Bistro, I trained up her cooking. I also had her take a class in cooking because she had a lifetime wish for it.




See, the lifetime rewards I am aiming to get with the first generation are very important because A.) She is the first immortal. and B.) Everything I do for her impacts everything else.

So, I am aiming for:  

1.) No Bills Ever (Because, when you are poor, spending money on bills really sucks!)
2.) Fireproof Homestead (I'd think this is obvious, but sims catch things on fire with birthday cakes and ovens and stuff.)
3.) Moodlet Manager - (To make sims work on skills without sleep from teen up.)

And yes, because Marina is poor, she scavengers through trash cans!



and eats and uses the stuff at the Fire station.



But after taking care of her needs, I waited for Christopher Steele to get his tushy home. Here's a secret: The fire station is next door to Christopher's house in my game. That's because I am a stalker, and he is an ideal mate for a female sim! The jerk left right after going home though, so I watched him drive his car all the way to a restaurant.

Naturally, He and Marina became good friends!



and had a private wedding...



And built a house on that big empty lot together!



Christopher will be focusing on Gardening, and Fishing. Before she has children, I want Marina to be an Adult maxed in her skill, and career. Naturally, her property, and building will be bought as well. I will also venture out to get Agnes on my team. I want Agnes for Sculpting and Painting. Not to mention, selling her car would be good too. Note to self: Before asking Agnes to move in, get her out and about first!!!



Overall, I think I'm doing good for 1 day in Sims land. After all, Marina has a job, is lvl 4 in cooking, married Christopher, and has a lil home to begin her life.

So, I played a little bit more. As it turned out, I was unable to ever contact her at her house because she was randomized as a food merchant at the park! So, I found the woman, and talked to her for a whole day, getting her to move in. The brat did not have her car or any money whatsoever.... So, it was so not worth it except for her painting skill. Oh well.

I gave a makeover to Agnes which I will show in my other update, and Agnes is almost done painting Marina's portrait. ^^
