Would this be an acceptable Beginner Game setup?

Alright; on the Game Hosts beginner-level thread, it says the setup may include: 2-3 mafia, 1 Cop, 1 Doctor and  1 other power role. The werewolf equivalent to this would be: 2-3 wolves, 1 Seer, 1 WW!Bodyguard, and 1 other power role.

Would replacing an existing power role with a similar function be acceptable for a Beginner-level game? The game setup I was thinking of was 1 Vampire Wolf, 1 Seer, 1 WW!Bodyguard. On the first night of the game, the Vampire Wolf would select a townie to turn into a Wolf, so the end setup would be similar to a normal game... Though there's the chance the Vampire Wolf will pick the Seer or the Bodyguard.

Also, in the far future, would it be possible to run a no-reveal Intermediate or Expert game where I replaced the Seer with a Pubmaster?
